CyberCertify Ltd is a UK company specializing in Cyber Essentials certification preparation and ongoing compliance monitoring for law firms and other professional services organizations.

• CyberCertify provides Cyber Essentials certification preparation and ongoing compliance monitoring services.
• We are not a certification body; we prepare and support your submission to authorized certification bodies.
• Our services include questionnaire completion, gap analysis, evidence collection, and submission support.
• Ongoing monitoring services help maintain compliance between certification renewals.

• Provide accurate and complete information during the assessment process.
• Implement recommended security measures and maintain compliance standards.
• Notify us of significant changes to your IT environment that may affect certification.
• Pay fees according to the agreed payment schedule and terms.
• Cooperate with certification body requirements and audits as needed.

• We guarantee to complete your application professionally and submit it on your behalf.
• While we have a high success rate, certification approval is ultimately determined by the certification body.
• We offer a money-back guarantee if certification is denied due to errors in our preparation.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services; we are not liable for consequential damages.
• Force majeure events may affect service delivery timelines.

• Fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
• Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.
• Refunds are available only under specific circumstances outlined in our guarantee.
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice for ongoing services.
• All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice.
• Certification preparation services cannot be cancelled once submission has been made.
• Upon termination, you will receive all work completed to date.
• Outstanding fees remain due even after service termination.
• We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.

• All methodologies, templates, and processes remain the intellectual property of CyberCertify.
• We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and IT details.
• Client information will not be shared with third parties except as required for certification.
• You retain ownership of all data and information provided to us.
• We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes with your consent.
